What Is Metabolic Typing? Simply it is a meal plan based on your unique metabolism; it is the belief that we are all created differently. Through asking symptom related questions we will discover your metabolic type. Just as we are all different on the outside, we also very much differ in how our individual bodies receive and oxidize food. Perhaps you are allergic to peanuts; someone else is allergic to milk… The point is there are certain foods which allow you to perform at your best, just as there are foods which impede your efficiency. Ask yourself are there days where you feel particularly energetic? Are there days where you feel particularly weak and lethargic? Perhaps you experience extreme sluggishness right after lunch or dinner? The science of metabolic typing allows us to narrow it down and find out exactly which foods allow you to perform at peak levels all the time.
